Roberto Di Marino

Roberto Di Marino was born in 1956 in Trento, Italy. He received his musical training at the Conservatory of Trento where he graduated in composition, choral music and choral conducting, jazz and arrangement for wind band. As a composer he has won several competitions. His arrangements and original compositions are internationally performed. Some of his works are included on three CDs recently recorded by an ensemble formed by members of the Berliner Philharmoniker with the Japanese violinist Iwao Furusawa. He teaches at the Conservatory of Verona and lives in Garniga Vecchia (near Trento), where he spends most of his time composing and arranging music.
